Ohio State Student-Athletes Earn Degrees at Autumn Commencement – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – At fall commencement ceremonies in St. John Arena Sunday, 20 current or former Ohio State student-athletes received degrees.
Among the honorees was standout women’s golfer Lindsay Knowlton. Knowlton earned second team All-America honors as a senior in 2005. She also recorded her first career tournament win at the Lady Buckeye Spring Invitational and was named first team All-Big Ten. Knowlton helped the Ohio State women’s golf team earn its fourth-consecutive Top 10 finish at the NCAA championships with a sixth-place finish at the 2005 tournament in Sunriver, Ore. The Buckeyes also earned their fourth-consecutive Big Ten championship and won the second regional title in the program’s history a year ago.
Pistol All-American Jennifer Trickett also earned her degree. She won two individual titles at the National Collegiate Pistol Championships as a senior in 2005 and was a member of two women’s pistol national championship teams.
