Vince Ng, a senior on the Ohio State men’s tennis team, claimed the Milwaukee Tennis Classic title Saturday in Milwaukee, Wis. Ng defeated five opponents in the men’s open singles tournament (64 players). Ng claimed the Milwaukee Tennis Classic title after a victory over the No. 2 seed Rajeev Ram of Illinois, 7-6, 6-3. He has an 18-2 tournament record in the 2002-03 season. Ng has won 11-consecutive matches since his Big Ten Indoors title in mid-November.
Sophomore gymnast Randy Monahan led the Buckeyes to a first-place finish at the Windy City Invitational. He placed first in the all-around, beating the runner-up by more than a point, and finished in the Top 10 in every event.
