The Women’s Leadership Symposium for Intercollegiate Athletics is endorsed by the Mid-American Conference, Horizon League, and Big Ten Conference. Over 200 Midwestern colleges and universities that sponsor athletics have been invited to participate. The two-day seminar is a professional development initiative designed to provide an affordable, educational opportunity for individuals employed or considering employment in intercollegiate athletics. Attendees will enhance their skills, share ideas and meet new and interesting industry specialists.
The programs are geared for female Athletic Directors, SWA’s, Conference Office Personnel, Athletic Trainers, Compliance Directors, Coaches, Directors of CHAMPS & Life Skills programs, Directors of Campus SAAC programs, Academic Support Directors, Development, Marketing, Fundraising, Communication & Sports Information Specialists. It is also geared for students aspiring to enter the exciting field of intercollegiate athletics.
