Rifle Finishes Fifth At 2003 Roger Withrow Invitational – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State rifle squad finished fifth overall at the 2003 Roger Withrow Invitational hosted by Murray State. The Buckeyes shot an aggregate score of 6,118 with a 1,538 in air rifle (3rd) and a 4,580 in smallbore (5TH). Tennessee Tech won top honors with a 6,179 aggregate score. They won both the air rifle (1,547) and smallbore (4,632) events.
OSU’s Abhijeet Konduskar (Sr., Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India) finished with the third highest aggregate score at 1,567. Morgan Hicks of Murray State took top honors with a 1,575 aggregate with Brandley Wheeldon of Kentucky finishing second at 1,568. Konduskar and Hicks were the top shooters in air rifle, tying for first with a 394 score. Konduskar finished fourth in smallbore with a 1,173. Hicks took top honors with a 1,181.
