This coin was minted to Commemorate OSU Stadium Rededication. It is a limited replica of the “Official Flip Coin” that was used in the opening game on September 8th, 2001 and will be used for all home games in 2002. Part of the proceeds from the sale of the coin will be distributed to The Ohio State University, as well as the OSU Athletic Department and the Alumni Association, to help fund their projects.
