%^$Ohio State 35, Missouri 14
%^$Win Number Three – No. 1-ranked Ohio State (3-0) remained undefeated with a 35-14 win over the Missouri Tigers (2-1) in Ohio Stadium. Ohio State is now 2-0 against ranked teams.
%^$Offensive Outpour – The Buckeyes rang up 531 total yards against Missouri. Ohio State has now totaled over 500 yards in each of its first three games (549 vs. West Virginia; 512 vs. Toledo).
%^$The Big Kat – Andy Katzenmoyer led Ohio State with 12 total tackles, setting a new career high. His previous high was 11.
%^$Rambo Returns – After missing Ohio State’s first two games with an ankle injury, Ken-Yon Rambo made his return to the field as a punt returner at the 12:17 mark of the first quarter.
%^$Gilbert’s Backfield Debut – Junior Ben Gilbert, normally OSU’s starting right guard, made his debut at fullback at the 7:45 mark of the first quarter. Gilbert laid a block that enabled Michael Wiley to convert a third down into a first down.
%^$Wiley Equals Paydirt – Michael Wiley has now scored a rushing touchdown in each of OSU’s three games. His 21-yard TD gallop in the first quarter was his fourth of the season. Wiley also set a career high in rushing yards for the third consecutive game. He is the first Buckeye to rush for 200 yards since Eddie George did it on Sept. 30, 1996 against Notre Dame.
%^$Keep the Chains Moving – OSU’s 92-yard touchdown drive in the first quarter was its fifth of over 80 yards this season. It also marked the third time OSU drove over 90 yards for a score this year.
%^$Tough From the Start – Ohio State has not yet surrendered a touchdown in the first quarter this season.
%^$Model of Consistency – David Boston has now caught a pass in 23 straight games. Dee Miller has had a reception in 18 straight games. Boston also converted Ohio State’s first two-point conversion of the year.
%^$Mr. Everything – Cornerback Antoine Winfield collected his first sack of the season in the third quarter, dragging down Corby Jones from behind.
%^$Fine Tooth Combs – Derek Combs scored his first collegiate touchdown in the fourth quarter, a nine-yard trot with 3:54 remaining.
%^$Today’s Attendance – 93,269 fans watched Ohio State battle Missouri.

%^$ %^$* Carlos Posey has now forced two fumbles this season.
%^$ %^$* Missouri has scored points off of turnovers in each game this season.
%^$ %^$* Michael Wiley’s 59-yard run in the first quarter was the longest play from scrimmage against MU this season.
%^$ %^$* Carlos Posey’s fumble return for a TD in the second quarter was the seventh defensive score by the Tigers since Larry Smith came to MU.
