Goalkeeper Jordan Silkowitz comes to Ohio State with five years of club experience, including three for McLean Youth Soccer. The Fairfax, Va., native and four-year letterwinner at W.T. Woodson High School was first team all-conference and all-region and second team all-state in 2017.
“I came to Ohio State because I wanted a big school with a variety of majors to choose from and a strong soccer program. This definitely fit what I was looking for.”
“I’m really excited to see what college soccer is like. Being a part of this team is a great opportunity and I’m looking forward to my freshman season.”
“I want to be a good teammate. I want to support my teammates both in training and games and do whatever I can to help the team.”
“Early on this year, I’m trying to continue to adjust to the speed of play and the style that we play at Ohio State.”
