Former Buckeye Marisa Main Honored with All-American Banner – Ohio State Buckeyes

Marisa Main, a three-time All-American at Ohio State from 2003-06, was honored Sunday prior to the Michigan State volleyball match when her All-American banner was displayed in St. John Arena. She was a three-time American Volleyball Coaches Association second-team All-American for the Buckeyes as well as a three-time All-Big Ten selection.
Main had a 13.41 assist per game average for the Buckeyes collecting 4,655 assists. She ranks third in career assists for Ohio State and is second in career assists per game. Ohio State participated in the NCAA Championship all three years with Main as the starting setter. She also was an academic All-Big Ten selection and an Ohio State Scholar-Athlete.
Main is one of 12 Buckeyes to be honored with All-American banners.
