Fencing Releases 2022-23 Schedule

COLUMBUS, Ohio – A competitive schedule awaits the Ohio State men’s and women’s fencing team in 2022-23.

The Buckeyes will again host the OSU Open and OSU Duals in French Field House, with this year’s events set for Oct. 29 and Oct. 30, respectively.

A trip west follows, as Ohio State will head to Colorado Springs, Colo., for the Western Invitational hosted by Air Force Academy Nov. 4-5. The fall slate wraps up Nov. 19-20 at the Elite Invitational in Philadelphia.

Ohio State will head back east in January, competing in the St. John’s Duals Jan. 21 in Queens, N.Y., and in the UPenn Invitational the following day in Philadelphia. Feb. 4-5 the Buckeyes will be in Evanston, Ill., for the Northwestern Duals.

The Central Collegiate Fencing Championships will be in Columbus Feb. 25-26 with the Buckeyes looking to defend their team titles.

NCAA Regionals are slated for March 4 at sites to be determined and the NCAA Championships will be March 23-26 in Durham, N.C. Ohio State finished fifth at the 2022 championships, led by men’s epee national champion Gabriel Feinberg.
