Dr. Jamey Houle has been a sports psychologist with OSU athletics for three years. His core responsibilities include providing and managing sport psychology services for OSU student-athletes.
Houle is a graduate of Ohio State University, where he majored in Psychology. In addition, he attended Springfield College for his Master’s degree before attending Auburn University and earning a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology.
Along with earning his degree at Ohio State, Houle was also an All-American gymnast. He was a member of the 2001 NCAA championship team, and the back-to-back (2001-2002) Big Ten team championship teams.
Prior to Ohio State, Houle worked at multiple schools including the University of Maryland, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Texas A&M University, Auburn University, and Springfield College.
Houle is from Longmeadow, Mass., and is a graduate of Longmeadow High School.
