CAMP DESCRIPTION
Have you wondered what it’s like to play golf for Ohio State University? We invite you to join us for a 2-day Buckeye Golf Experience. Come learn what it takes to play golf at the collegiate level and experience what our athletes do day-in and day-out. Experience our facilities firsthand and develop on course skills and utilize our team’s amazing facilities. Our coaches offer years of experience at all levels and have designed this camp to enhance your skills to help you achieve your goals. Each session is limited so register today and reserve your spot!
Camp Information
Dates: June 12 - 13, 2025
Ages: 8-17
Limited to 24 campers. We expect high demand for these camps- registration is accepted by first come, first serve.
Location: Ohio State University Golf Club

Camp 1
Check-In: 9:00am-9:15am
Closing Ceremonies: 5:00pm at OSU Golf Club on Friday, June 13th.
Day 1:
9:15am (check-in 15 mins before) Introductions and Expectations
9:30am Instruction/stations/on-course activities
11:00am Break for lunch
12:00pm Return to course for instruction/stations/on-course activities
4:30pm Break for dinner
5:15pm On-course activities
7:00pm Camper pickup/check-out
Day 2:
9:30am Instruction/stations/on-course activities
11:30am Break for lunch
12:30pm return to course for instruction/stations/on-course activities
5:00pm Closing Ceremonies & pizza party with parents/guardians including Q&A with coaches
Enrollment
The fee for the Buckeye Men’s Golf Experience is $950 per camper. The fees cover all meals, greens fees, and all activities associated with camp. There is a maximum number of campers permitted, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. There will be no walk-ups permitted for this camp, all participants must register in advance.
Equipment
Players should supply their own golf clubs, glove, golf balls, and tees. We will provide practice golf balls during instruction.
Meals and Housing
Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodation. Hotel recommendations can be provided upon request. Camp will provide lunch and dinner each day. Please let camp staff know if there are any food allergies to be aware of by emailing Ricky Frey at Frey.268@osu.edu.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and received by phone or email. All refund requests must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. This form is found on the homepage all the way at the bottom in red letters “Request a Refund”. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
