Summer Kids Camp
You are invited to our Fencing Summer Camp, The Ohio State Fencing Camp. The camp schedule will give each camper the best opportunity to develop their fencing skills:

Fencing Technique
Advanced Bouting Tactics

If you don't have equipment, don't worry you have the option to rent equipment for the week. The cost to rent is $100 and you will receive a mask, weapon, and protective gear to use during camp. All equipment requests must be made at least 10 prior to the start of camp. For equipment requests please email Ricky Frey at frey.268@osu.edu before May 26th. You will pay the $100 rental fee the first day of camp at check-in.

The fee for the OSU Summer Fencing Kids Camp is $550 per camper for the week or $130 per day. This fee will include camper lunches. The camp is open to any and all fencers from 7 to 12 years old. The camp will be offered in three separate weapons so please make sure to specify your weapon. There is a maximum number of campers permitted, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. There will be no walk-ups permitted for this camp, all participants must register in advance.
If you would like to rent equipment please notify us at least 10 days in advance. You will then pay the $100 rental fee at check-in on the first day of camp.
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. However, if you do not have equipment you have the option to rent a mask, weapon, and protective equipment for $100. There will be a one hour lunch break. Lunch will be provided. This is a 5-day camp and no overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.

A refund less a $50 administrative fee (per session) will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp session. The administrative fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee our number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax - no phone calls or voicemails. All refund requests and supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
Camp will be headquartered at the Steelwood Training Facility located at 1160 Steelwood Rd., Columbus, OH 43210.
