
HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMPS
You are invited to the 2025 Ohio State Women’s Gymnastics High Performance Summer Camp. The camp schedule will give each camper the opportunity to work with the Ohio State coaching staff as well as current student-athletes. The camp will focus on skill development and upgrades in our state of the art Steelwood Athletic Training Facility. The High Performance Summer Camp will run a morning session from 9:00am until 1:00pm and an afternoon session from 2:00pm until 6:00pm. The morning session in June is open to any and all ability. The morning session during the two July camps are geared primarily towards gymnasts level 7 and above and age 11 and older. There will be an athletic facilities tour for campers participating in the morning session. The afternoon session is geared toward gymnasts of any and all ability looking to train current and upgraded skills and advance their technique.
Please note to attend the morning session in the July camps you have to meet both the age and level requirements.

Camp Staff: Campers will be coached by current Ohio State gymnasts and coaches
Note: Spectators are only allowed to watch the last 30 minutes of the last day.

Morning Session Check-in: 8:30am-9:00am
Instruction: 9:00am-1:00pm
Afternoon Session Check-in: 1:30pm-2:00pm
Instruction: 2:00pm-6:00pm
Enrollment
The fee for the Women’s Gymnastics High Performance Camp is $455 per camper for the morning session and $405 per camper for the afternoon session. Please note the morning and afternoon sessions are the same for the June 27-29 camp, so the cost will be $405 for both the morning and afternoon. There is a maximum number of 70 campers per session permitted at the Camp, so please register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations.
Note: Leotards are not included in the camp fee, but an exclusive Ohio State Camp Leotard can be purchased for a separate fee of $65 online only during the registration process. We will also be selling the leotards at check-in on the first day of camp.
Meals and Housing
No meals will be provided except lunch will be provided to morning session campers on the first day of the two July camps. Gymnasts may bring a snack. This is a day camp only and no overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed. Hotel information may be provided upon request.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.

Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax – no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
