The game was the 21st-consecutive outing Ohio State rushed for100-plus yards. The last time the Buckeyes did not rush for 100yards was Oct. 17, 2009 at Purdue.
Joe Bauserman’s 16 completions and 30 attempts both were careerhighs.
Bauserman set a career high with 189 passing yards.
Bauserman completed at least one pass to eight differentreceivers.
Carlos Hyde’s 36-yard touchdown run in the second quarter wasthe first of his career.
The run also marked the longest run of Hyde’s career and tied forthe longest play from scrimmage for the Buckeyes this season.
Hyde’s four receptions and 28 receiving yards both marked careerhighs.
Hyde’s two-touchdown game was the first of his career.
Jake Stoneburner’s 26-yard touchdown reception in the firstquarter tied him with Billy Anders (1965-67) for seventh on theOhio State career list for receiving touchdowns by a tightend.
Devin Smith’s 36-yard reception in the third quarter was thelongest of his career and tied for the longest play from scrimmagefor the Buckeyes this season.
DEFENSIVE NOTES
Since the beginning of the 2005 season, the Ohio State defensehas allowed only 10 100-yard rushers during a span of 79 games andonly six since the start of the 2007 season. Both of those marksare the third best among FBS schools during those spans.
OSU has surrendered 125 TDs in 79 games since 2005. That is thefewest in the FBS in this span. TCU is second with 130 allowed inthis span.
Ohio State held Toledo to 3-of-16 on third down conversions.
Storm Klein recorded the second interception of his career(10/23/10 vs. Purdue).

SPECIAL TEAMS NOTES
Redshirt sophomore Chris Fields returned a punt 69 yards for a touchdown late inthe second quarter – the first punt returned for a TD by a Buckeyesince Ray Small in 2008 against Ohio University (also 69 yards). Italso marked the first TD of Fields’ career.
Punter Ben Buchanan set a career high by pinning Toledo inside its20-yard line three times.
