Q: What do you miss most about your hometown?
A: Sitting on my porch at night.
Q: Besides you, who is the most famous person from your hometown?
A: Mario Lemieux
Q: How often do you get home?
A: I get home fairly often because it’s so close to Columbus.
Q: What do people ask you most about your hometown?
A: People ask me if it is actually a steel town, which it is not.
Q: What’s the biggest difference between your hometown and Columbus?
A: The biggest difference is that Columbus is very flat and Pittsburgh is hilly.
Q: How would you describe your hometown?
A: I’d describe it as a typical suburb of Pittsburgh.
Q: How many stoplights are in your hometown?
A: Way too many to count.
Q: What is the population of your hometown?
A: About 30,000.
Q: How long has your family lived in your hometown?
A: All my life.
Q: What sport/activity is the most popular in your hometown?
A: Football is probably most popular but hockey has been increasing in popularity lately.
Q: What is the tallest building in your hometown?
A: The U.S. Steel Building
Q: What do visitors to your hometown need to see/do?
A: They should go to Mount Washington to view the city.
Q: Is anything interesting made in your hometown?
A: Nothing really.
Q: Most prominent industry/line of work?
A: The most prominent industry is still steel although there are no longer any mills in the city.
Q: Is there is local food your hometown is known for?
A: Pittsburgh has many restaurants, mostly Italian.
Q: Any historic event that happened there?
A: Many historic events have happened here. Most recently Pittsburgh became the only city to win both the Super Bowl and Stanley Cup in one year.
Q: Your favorite place in your hometown?
A: My favorite place is definitely my house.
