Buckeye Youth Spirit Club Brutus Boo Bash Trick or Treat Event
Get ready for an evening of ghoulishly good fun at the Brutus' Boo Bash Trick or Treat event, hosted by the Ohio State Buckeye Youth Spirit Club! This family-friendly Halloween celebration is designed to delight Buckeye fans of all ages.
On Wednesday, October 29th, 2025, from 6:00 PM-7:30 PM, the French Field House will be transformed into a festive Halloween wonderland, perfect for creating unforgettable memories.
Come dressed in your favorite costumes and embark on a thrilling trick-or-treat adventure, where kids can collect candy and other goodies from various themed stations. But the fun doesn’t stop there! Participants will also have the chance to play a variety of entertaining games, win awesome prizes, and snap spooky pictures with none other than Brutus Buckeye himself and your favorite Spirit Program teams!
Whether you’re a longtime Buckeye fan or new to the spirit, Brutus' Boo Bash is the perfect way to celebrate the Halloween season with your Buckeye family. Don’t miss out on this fang-tactic event—come ready to have a howling good time!
Registration for this event closes on October 24th or once capacity is reached. Detailed check-in, parking, and performance information to come!
Please note if you are already registered for the Buckeye Youth Spirit Club Membership you do not need to pay for the Brutus Boo Bash. This event is already a part of your membership. You will still need to register, but register with the Member Registration of $0. If you are not part of the Buckeye Youth Spirit Club membership then you can still register, but will register with the non-member $15 registration.

Enrollment
Eligibility
o This event is open to Buckeye Youth Spirit Club Members and non-members in Grades K-6
The fee for the Ohio State Buckeye Youth Spirit Club Boo Bash is free for Youth Spirit Club members. If you are not a member of the Youth Spirit Club and in Grades K-6, the fee is $15 per camper. The camp is open with first priority to Buckeye Youth Spirit Club Members in Grades K-6. Please note, that we will be cross-referencing Buckeye Youth Spirit Club Members with those that register to ensure that only members get access to the priority registration and that there is no admission fee. There is a maximum number of campers permitted, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. There will be no walk-ups permitted for this camp, all participants must register in advance.

Equipment
All participants are responsible for bringing their own costume and trick-or-treat bag!
Meals and Housing
This is a day event only and no meals or overnight accommodation will be provided. There will be candy available for the trick or treat portion of the event.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.

Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we must guarantee the number of campers to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and received by phone or email. All refund requests must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. This form is found on the homepage all the way at the bottom in red letters “Request a Refund”. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
