Ohio State Dance Team Training Camp

OSUDT Training Camp- 3 Day & 2 Day Options!
When registering select the grade you are going into in the fall of 2025.
Whether you're looking to take your skills to the next level or get an exclusive peek into the life of an Ohio State Dance Team member, this is the camp you can't miss. The OSUDT Training Camp will be our BIGGEST camp of the season and will feature a variety of guest and master classes, combo classes, introduction to the collegiate game day experience, and team information. Dancers will be able to interact and learn from OSUDT members and coaches in a variety of class settings. This summer, you have the unique opportunity to experience firsthand what it's like to train like a Buckeye!
This summer we are excited to present two camp formats: 2-day and 3-day. The 3-day option is only available to dancers entering grades 11 or 12 and includes additional training, the opportunity to perform a solo and additional classes! See below for the full list of what is included in each option!
This is an advanced level experience; ability to quickly pick up advanced choreography, execute a triple pirouette and advanced switch leaps is highly recommended. Participants will be required to provide their own overnight accommodations.
NOTE: This camp is open to all dancers that will be in grades 9-12 for the 2025-2026 academic year. There are a limited number of spots open for each grade, so be sure to register early!

OSUDT 3 Day Training Camp Includes:
- ALL of the 2-Day Training Camp Elements
- Registration Fee for Solo Entry (3 min)
- Additional Masterclass (offered in smaller studio setting)
- Team Q&A
- Session on Dancer Nutrition & How to Properly Fuel Body
- Personal Feedback on Solo Routine
- Awards Ceremony for Solo Adjudications
Camp Information
Dates:
3-Day Camp: July 18-20
2-Day Camp: July 19-20
Grades: 3-Day Camp: Grades 11-12 for the 2025-2026 School Year 2-Day Camp: Grades 9+ for the 2025-2026 School Year
Location: The Covelli Center (2640 Fred Taylor Dr.) This camp will take place throughout various locations on campus, but The Covelli Center will be used as our camp headquarters.
Camp Staff: Campers will be coached by current Ohio State athletes and coaches.

NOTE: This schedule is subject to change. All campers will receive a detailed schedule two weeks prior to camp start date!
Enrollment
The fee for the OSUDT 3 Day Training Camp (inclusive of Solo Experience Plus) is $485 per camper. This camp is open to any and all dancers entering grades 11 and 12 for the 2025-2026 school year.
The fee for the OSUDT 2 Day Training Camp is $345 per camper. This camp is open to any and all dancers entering grades 9 and up for the 2025-2026 school year.
There is a maximum number of campers permitted in each of these camps, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. There will be no walk-ups permitted for this camp, all participants must register in advance.
Equipment
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.
Meals and Housing
Lunch on July 19th and July 20th as well as dinner on July 19th are included. This is a day camp only and no overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 3 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 3 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury or illness, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax – no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
