Winter Prospect Camp
The Ohio State Baseball winter prospect camp will be the last opportunity for players to showcase their talents in front of the new Ohio State Staff before the spring season. Our camp will be a showcase style workout where players will show their talents and receive instruction from experienced coaches and players.
Take this opportunity to pick the brains of the experienced coaching staff here at The Ohio State. We are happy to give live feedback and answer any questions campers may have. This is an opportunity for the campers to learn and grow as a player as well as showcase their ability.
Camp Information
Date: Sunday, February 2, 2025
Grades: 8-12 and currently enrolled junior college/2-year college students
Location: Woody Hayes Athletic Center Indoor Facility
Camp Staff: Campers will be coached by current Ohio State players and coaches.
Tentative Schedule
Check-in: 8:00am-8:30am
Instruction: 8:30am-12:00pm
Enrollment
The fee for Ohio State Baseball Winter Prospect Camp is $125 for Position Players and pitcher only. The fee for a two-way position player and pitcher is $175. This camp is open to any and all entrants in grades 8-12 and currently enrolled junior college players. Registration for two-way players and pitcher onlys has reached capacity, but you are still able to register as a position player.
Included in the Ohio State Baseball winter prospect camp will be instruction, a t-shirt, and a written evaluation of your performance
Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. A 3% credit card processing fee will be charged to all registrations.
Equipment
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.
Meals and Housing
There will be no housing or meals provided by OSU at this camp. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.

Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and received by phone or email. All refund requests must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. This form is found on the homepage all the way at the bottom in red letters “Request a Refund”. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
