Junior CantrellFletcher and sophomore Mike Green combined for 36 points. Posted acareer-best in rebounds with nine, his previous best of seven cameagainst the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Firstdouble-overtime game since its 97-92 win over the University ofMaryland Baltimore County.
Morgan State Notes
Morgan State went into the locker room down eight pointsfollowing a jumper with by Sam Brand at the buzzer, which narrowthe Towson margin to 30-22. Outscored Towson 10-0 in transitionbaskets. Three Morgan State players notched over 40 minutes ofplaying time. Senior Sam Brand led the team in scoring with 21points. Brand also finished with five assists and three rebounds.
