Buckeye Jamie Lewis Will Compete In ESPN Three-Point Contest Thursday – Ohio State Buckeyes

%^$COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State senior point guard Jamie Lewis (Oak Hill, Ohio) will lead her teammates to Albuquerque, New Mexico, for the WNIT title game Wednesday vs. the Lobos but her duties for the week will only be halfway over.%^$
%^$After the game, the 5-foot-4-inch playmaker will literally “jet” to Minneapolis, Minn., the site of the NCAA Men’s Final Four, to participate in the ESPN 3-point shooting championship.%^$
%^$Lewis has recorded a triple in 31-of-32 games this season and leads the Big Ten Conference in 3-pt. FG made, averaging 2.4 per contest. She currently enjoys 35 percent accuracy from behind the arc.%^$
%^$Lewis’ appearance follows that of another Buckeye 3-point shooting specialist, Marcie Alberts (1994-97), who won the contest prior to the 1997 Final Four held in Indianapolis, Ind.%^$
%^$The show will be taped Thursday evening at Concordia University and will be televised Saturday from 1:30-3 p.m. (ET) on ESPN.
