COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State senior sprinter/hurdler Letecia Wright was named Track Athlete of the Week Wednesday by the Big Ten Conference. Wright earns her fifth Athlete of the Week honor after a strong showing at last weekend’s SEC/Big Ten Challenge.

The All-American cruised to a first-place finish in the 100m hurdles to start off the outdoor season. Her time of 13.18 is the third-fastest time in Division I this season. Wright also helped the 4x100m relay team to a second-place finish in 44.98. That time is the fifth-fastest in school history and 19th-best in Division I this season.
