Women’s Golf in Second After Two Days in Tucson


TUCSON, Ariz. – The Buckeyes are in sole possession of second place after the second round of the Mountain View Collegiate. The team shot a 281 (-7) in round two are minus-16 overall with a score of 560.

Caley McGinty fired a 67 (-5) in round two, tying her career-low as a Buckeye. She is in third place with a 36-hole score of 135 (-9).

Kary Hollenbaugh jumped up eight spots in the standings and is tied for 10th after two rounds. She carded a 69 (-3) in round two and has a two-day total score of 140 (-4).

Jillian Bourdage shot 73 (+1) today and has a two-round total of 141 (-3). She is tied for 13th place.

Lauren Peter is tied for 49th place. She shot 74 (+2) in the second round and has a 36-hole score of 146 (+2).

Aneka Seumanutafa shaved four strokes off her round one score to card a 72 (E) in round two. She has a total score of 148 (+4) and is tied for 67th.

The Mountain View Collegiate wraps up on Sunday, March 19. The final round will have a 7:45 a.m. MST shotgun start.
