COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women’s golf team holds second place after one day at the Indiana Invitational in Bloomington, Ind. The Buckeyes tallied a 33-over-par 625 over their first two rounds, leaving them a single stroke behind first-place Purdue.
Lisa Strom (Jr., North Wales, Pa.) leads the tournament after firing two rounds of 76 on the par-74 course. Her overall score of 152 is two strokes ahead of Minnesota’s Kristi Weichert. Natalie Mosher (Sr., New Philadelphia, Ohio) is in a tie for third place after firing a 155.
The tournament concludes Sunday, with play scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m.
