The Wolstein Leadership Academy exposes student-athletes to programming that will help define who they are as a leader and develop essential leadership skills by participating in a variety of personal and professional development activities.

Program Overview

In conjunction with the Department of Athletics Mission Statement the Wolstein Leadership Academy will prepare student-athletes to achieve excellence in life. We will develop leaders through an appreciation of life-long learning that will ready them to become influential, positive role models in the community.

Track and Field

The Wolstein Leadership Academy, for me, was a huge step forward in not only the way I view life, but also how I view athletics. I learned how to interact with people that had similar and different personalities and work ethics from me. This will benefit me to be a team player on the field and in the work force. The values and knowledge I took away from Wolstein made me a better leader, a better teammate, and most of all a better person. I’m excited to use the skills I learned here in my life every single day.
