Jeff See has solidified himself as one of the top distance runners in Ohio State history. The senior from Middletown, Ohio has claimed two outdoor All-America honors in the 1500-meter run and one indoor All-America honor in the mile run where he also is a two-time Big Ten champion in the event. In the fall of 2009, he claimed his first cross country All-America and was named Great Lakes Athlete of the Year. Two years ago, he qualified for the 2008 Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon in the 1500 after posting a Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium record time of 3:40.86 that spring. At the trials, Jeff took on the best in the world before missing the finals by just one spot. Most recently, Jeff helped the Ohio State 4×800-meter relay team to a world-best time at the Drake Relays while he and his teammates gear up for the 2010 Big Ten and NCAA Championships. While Jeff hopes to add another Big Ten title and All-America honor to his resume, his biggest goal remains making the U.S. team at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
