COLUMBUS, Ohio – Stacey Gordon (Fr., Oshawa, Ontario, Canada) has been named to the six-player NCAA Region 2 Regional All-Tournament Team. She had a match-high 18 kills (.250) and a team-high 15 digs in OSU’s 0-3 (25-30, 20-30, 27-30) loss to Southern California in the Region 2 Semifinals of the NCAA Tournament. Gordon, who was named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association Midwest All-Region squad last week, was the Big Ten Freshman of the Year and was named to the All-Big Ten squad. For the season, she averaged 4.75 kills (513) and hit .301. Gordon averaged .35 aces per game (38), 3.06 digs (330) and .45 blocks (eight solos and 41 assists).

Ohio State completes the 2001 season with a 27-4 overall record. OSU was 17-3 in the Big Ten Conference, finishing second.
