COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State sophomore Viktor Kiss has been named a second team All-American in smallbore rifle, the College Rifle Coaches Association announced this week.
It’s the first All-America recognition in the career of Kiss, who competed at the NCAA Championships last year and was an alternate this past season. He had the team’s top individual smallbore score 10 this this season, including the high score of 593 on Jan. 21 against West Virginia.
Last season, Kiss finished in 20th place in smallbore at the NCAA Championships with a score of 585.
