Viktor Kiss & Derek Keiser Conclude The Season at The NCAA Championships

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Sophomore Derek Keiser and freshman Viktor Kiss competed at the NCAA Rifle Championships over the weekend with Viktor finishing in 20th place in the smallbore event with a score of 585 and Derek finishing in 32nd in the air rifle event with a score of 591.

The University of Kentucky was crowned team national champions for the second season in a row while TCU and Alaska Fairbanks rounded out the podium for the team event.

Coach Tanoue: “Both Viktor and Derek put in really solid performances at the NCAA Championships and it was fantastic to see them able to finish the season representing themselves and our team at the championships. Overall it was great environment and something that I know they will learn from and use as fuel to better themselves and our team. The US Air Force Academy were also incredible hosts for the championship and we cannot thank them enough for the work they put in to finish the NCAA rifle season in the best way possible.”
