National College Basketball Player of the Year, Evan Turner of the Ohio State Buckeyes, will make a special appearance at Nationwide Arena Tuesday, April 13, when the world famous Harlem Globetrotters take on the rival Washington Generals at 7 p.m.

Turner, winner of the AP, Naismith, USBWA, NABC and Wooden Award as national player of the year, will join in the action with the winningest team in the history of professional sports, making a brief on-court appearance.

Now in their 84th consecutive season of touring the world, the Original Harlem Globetrotters have played in 120 countries and territories on six continents, entertaining over 130 million fans and crossing barriers between cultures, societies and people from all walks of life.  The Globetrotters are one of only six teams to be inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
