A co-captain in 2019, Rodriguez picked up her third All-Big Ten selection in as many seasons after earning first team All-Big Ten honors last year as a sophomore and third team All-Big Ten laurels as a freshman. After appearing in every match her first two seasons, Rodriguez started all but one match as a junior, playing the third-most minutes on the team as a left back. The Canton, Mich., native tied for second on the team with two assists and added a goal. Rodriguez played every minute of her junior campaign except for the Oct. 27 contest at Iowa which she missed because of injury.
Silkowitz, who redshirted her first season on campus last year, saw action in all 18 matches, making four starts in goal. The Fairfax, Va., native posted a 1.32 goals-against average and tallied 58 saves on the year. Silkowitz totaled a career-best seven saves in her first-career start against Louisville Aug. 22, and tallied at least five stops on six different occasions. The redshirt freshman was a part of five clean sheets and made eight scoreless appearances.
Kolinski, a native of Derry, N.H., appeared in 14 matches, making 13 starts. The junior made 25 saves and recorded a 1.00 goals-against average. The 2018 Academic All-Big Ten selection who made at least three saves in five contests this season, also had a hand in five shutouts while tallying nine scoreless appearances.
