FOOTBALL SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

Purchasing Ohio State Football season tickets has never been easier. The new and simplified Buckeye Club model provides season ticket holders with more flexibility in accessing season tickets and parking. Beginning with the 2022 season, the current annual giving model will be replaced with the Per-Seat Contribution (PSC) model whereby season ticket holders pay an annual PSC to the Buckeye Club in order to qualify for season tickets. Under the new model, the stadium is divided into six pricing zones – each with a different PSC (based on location) and ticket cost.  Season tickets start at $559/ticket plus any applicable per seat contributions

The renewal period ends on March 1, 2022.  Please visit https://ohiostatebuckeyes.com/tickets/seat-selection-process-2022/ for more information.

The ordering period for Faculty/Staff football tickets ends on March 1, 2022. See the Faculty/Staff Information Guide for any questions regarding Faculty/Staff tickets. All Faculty/Staff who purchase full season tickets, must choose their seat location every year. For information, please visit the Seat Selection Information Guide.

See the Student Football Information Guide for any questions regarding Student tickets.

Football season ticket holders who no longer wish to retain their season ticket eligibility may transfer ownership of their season tickets/parking from one individual/entity to another, as long as they meet the requirements as listed below.  Each new account will be subject to a $100 one-time transfer fee to assume ownership of any season tickets/parking.

Transfer Requirements:

  • Ownership of season tickets/parking may be transferred to a spouse without incurring the $100 transfer fee (see notes and exceptions on the special season ticket categories below).
  • Ownership of season tickets/parking must be transferred during the designated renewal period between football seasons; no ownership transfers or adjustments will be made to accounts during the season, or once season tickets/parking have been managed online.
  • Priority points, including Giving Level, and years of purchase credit will not be transferred to the new account holder.
  • The new account holder will retain the season ticket/parking location(s) until the next scheduled full Seat Selection/Parking Selection, at which point new season ticket/parking locations will be selected based on the new account holder’s priority.
    • Transfer Fees will not apply in any year where a full Seat Selection is scheduled.
  • Requests to transfer ownership of season tickets/parking must be received via email to athletic.tix@osu.edu from the primary email address on the original season ticket holder’s account, and include the name, address, email, and phone number of the designee to whom they wish to transfer ownership of their season tickets/parking.
    • Ohio State will review the request, update the accounts accordingly, and communicate account information to the new account holder. The transfer fee will be applied to the new account holder’s season ticket invoice.
  • Ohio State reserves the right to deny requests for ownership transfers.

Mobile Ticket Assistance

If you rely on assistive technology like Voice Over or Talkback for access to your mobile device, you will encounter difficulty using mobile ticketing. To request an accessible alternative please complete the Disability Needs Form.

Guests who require traditional printed tickets due to use of assistive technology or who do not have access to a smart phone may pick up tickets at the Athletics Ticket Office located in the Northeast Corner of the Schottenstein Center beginning 48 hours prior to the event or at the facility where the event takes place on event day. Will Call will be made available at the facility where the event takes place beginning 90 minutes hours prior to the start of the event (except for home football games). Will Call will be available at Gate 5 at Ohio Stadium beginning 4 hours prior to the start of each home football game.

Tickets must be picked up by the original ticket holder unless a will call name change request is made by the original account holder via email to athletic.tix@osu.edu. Only one alternate pick up name is allowed. The Ohio State Athletics Ticket Office will not release tickets if the photo on the ID does not appear to match the individual retrieving the tickets. OSU Student ticket holders may not change the pickup name on any student ticket order. Detailed instructions and screenshots on how to access mobile tickets may be found in the Digital Ticketing Guide.
