COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s basketball team will play in the second round of the 2011 NCAA Tournament Friday in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Buckeyes will play the winner of the University of Texas-San Antonio vs. Alabama State first round game Wednesday in Dayton.

For the Ohio State second and third round games, a limited number of tickets will be made available for purchase to Ohio State faculty, staff and student season ticket holders via a lottery through the Ohio State Athletics Ticket Office.

The ticket lottery will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday only for Ohio State students, faculty and staff who purchased regular-season men’s baksetball tickets. Each faculty/staff season ticket holder will be eligible to enter the lottery for two tickets. Students will be eligible to enter for one ticket, or two if married. All lottery entries must be submitted by 5 p.m. Tuesday to be considered.

Lottery entries will be accepted online only at (Click on SHOP/TICKETS. Faculty, staff and students eligible to enter will receive detailed instructions Monday via e-mail to the address on record in their ticket account.  These instructions will include ticket prices, online entry instructions, and ticket pick-up information.

Those with questions may contact the Ohio State Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-GO-BUCKS. Because of the limited number of tickets received from the NCAA for the second and third rounds, no tickets will be available for sale to the general public or other season ticket holder groups.
