Tuesday evening, members of the Ohio State men’s and women’s hockey teams visited Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. The group delivered the stuffed animals that were donated during the annual Teddy Bear Toss in both Value City Arena and OSU Ice Rink during the 2018-19 campaign.

This was the ninth year stuffed animals were delivered to Ronald McDonald House from Teddy Bear Tosses, with the tradition starting in 2011.

At Ronald McDonald House (the largest RMH in the United States), the Buckeyes visited with families and played games with children while handing out stuffed animals.

The remaining bears, dogs and other animals will be distributed by Ronald McDonald House throughout the year. The stash will be replenished next spring, with deliveries from the 2019-20 Teddy Bear Tosses. Keep your eye out for the dates!
