Although the Ohio State synchronized swimming team is accustomed to attending early-morning practices (6 a.m. anyone?), the training sessions usually do not include photo shoots with planned wardrobes.

Such was the case Tuesday when the 2009 seniors gathered around the deck of the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion. Jayme DeLancy, Becky Kim, Carmen Moraes and Kendra Sollars took just a small break from their training to make a lasting impression.

The quartet hopes to lead the Scarlet and Gray to a collegiate national title after finishing second in 2008. With Kim’s homecoming after spending the last two years training with the U.S. Olympic Team and the return of the three other veterans, the Buckeyes have a great chance of standing a top the podium in March.
