Ohio State kept the momentum going last weekend by sweeping two competitions in Virginia against the College of William & Mary and the University of Richmond. The Gray team represented Ohio State well in both competitions. The Buckeyes first topped the University of Richmond on Saturday, 77-55. They matched this excellence on Sunday, defeating the Tribe of William & Mary, 101-77.5, to conclude the weekend in impressive fashion.

The next stop for the the team: Massachusetts. The Buckeyes met with the Lyons of Wheaton University in Columbus at the Zero Waste Invitational in January where Ohio State took top honors. Wheaton University finished sixth at last year’s US Collegiate Championship and opened February with a two-day competition against University of Incarnate World, Boston University, Penn State University, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale. They secured the first place spot in both Saturday and Sunday’s competitions. The elite competition will help prepare Ohio State Synchronized Swimming as North Regionals approach.
