TICKET MANAGEMENT FEATURES

Accessing your My Ohio State Buckeyes Account:

To access your account, launch the official Ohio State Buckeyes mobile app. Under the setting bar, tap “Tickets and Passes” and select “Manage Student Tickets.”

*Please log in with your Ohio State ticket office account username & password, not your Ticketmaster account information. If you have never logged in before, click Forgot Password.



Viewing your mobile tickets & Adding to your phone’s wallet:

Once you have logged in on your mobile device, select the event you would like to view.

  1. Tap on the individual ticket to manage. You can also swipe to view your additional tickets.
  2. Add each ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Pay at least 24 hrs prior to the event. This allows for easier mobile entry into the venue.!!! SCREENSHOTS OF TICKETS WILL NOT GET YOU IN !!!
  3. All valid mobile tickets will display a moving barcode OR a hold near reader (tap-n-go) icon.


Transferring your tickets:

Once you have logged in on your mobile device or desktop web browser, select the event you would like to transfer.

  1. Select SEND
  2. Select each seat you would like to transfer.
  3. Enter the recipient details and confirm the transfer. Through the Ohio State Buckeyes app, you can choose to transfer your tickets via email or text message!

The official Ohio State Buckeyes mobile app is free! You can download the Ohio State Buckeyes app from the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store.

Simply visit the box office or Ticketing Services location at the venue. We will print your tickets for you after presenting a valid BuckID for the name on the ticket account.

To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend downloading your tickets to your phone before arriving to the game. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you’re an Android user, you can save your tickets to your phone through Google Pay.

Yes, Students are able to transfer their tickets to other student accounts. Once logged in, do the following:

  • Select Manage My Ticket(s), then choose your event and tap Send
  • Select the tickets you’d like to send, then hit Send Tickets
  • Select your favorite sharing app and send your recipient(s) via email, text or social media. The designated link can only be used once, so the ticket will be transferred to the first person who claims the ticket

Yes, you are able to swipe through your available tickets at the venue if the entire party is present. However, it is much easier to send each attendee their individual ticket.

Yes, you can reclaim tickets as long as they haven’t already been accepted by the recipient.

No, a mobile ticket must be provided either within the official Ohio State Buckeyes app, your My Ohio State Buckeyes Account on your mobile device or within your phone’s digital wallet to gain entry. Photocopies, scans, and pictures of hard tickets will also not be permitted for entry.

We recommend you access your tickets at least 24 hours in advance. We also recommend adding all of your tickets for the season to your Apple Wallet at the same time, then you are ready for every game ahead of time!

GAMEDAY TIPS:

Before arriving at the venue to access the event, here are some tips to help expedite your game day entry:

  • Access your tickets through the Ohio State Buckeyes app or your My Ohio State Buckeyes Account at least 24 hours prior to the event.
  • Add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
  • Make sure your phone is fully charged.
  • Have your ticket out and ready to be scanned before entering the venue.
  • Screenshots & printed copies of QR codes are invalid for entry.

Note: If you experience any ticket issues when entering Ohio Stadium, visit the nearest Ticketing Services location (Gates 13, 14, 38 or North Rotunda) for assistance. At all other locations, visit the main box office at the venue for assistance.
