Stephanie Urrutia, RD, LD, Performance Chef worked in sports medicine and physiology with collegiate and professional athletes prior to attending culinary school. Following culinary school she worked for a farm to table restaurant group as a catering chef in Boulder, Colorado, as a wine educator in Napa Valley and with most renowned restaurants in the world. Stephanie went back to school once again to combine her love of food and healthcare to become a Registered Dietitian. Stephanie’s most recent position was Senior Culinary Educator at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, combining her skills as a chef and Registered Dietitian to develop culinary education and nutrition-focused programs as well as practicing as a clinical dietitian.
