Sean Perkins is the coordinator of building services for the Les Wexner Football Complex and Woody Hayes Athletic Center, responsible for all aspects of maintenance, construction and custodial requests for the award-winning complex.
Perkins became building services coordinator for St. John Arena and French Field House in 1997; since that time, he has added the responsibilities of overseeing the upkeep of the Woody Hayes Athletic Center (2001), Steelwood Training Facility (2003) and the indoor Varsity Tennis Center (2007) as well.
A native of Willard, Ohio, Perkins ran track and cross country at Willard High. He came to Ohio State in 1990, and served several years as a student facility assistant at St. John Arena before joining the athletics department full-time.
He and his wife, Mandi, have two sons, Noah and Aidan. Perkins serves on the board of directors of the Earle and Jean Bruce Alzheimer[apos]s Research fund and is heavily involved in fundraising for Alzheimer[apos]s research in memory of his grandfather.
