Phil Yackee has been working in the Department of Athletics at Ohio State since August 2015. He directs all of the financial and accounting aspects of the Athletic Ticket Office and is also the ticket manager for Ohio State Men’s Men’s Basketball.
Prior to coming to Ohio State, Yackee interned in the athletic ticket offices at Bowling Green State University (2014), as well as the University of Toledo (2013-2014) and the University of Michigan (2014). Yackee also served as the Assistant Ticket Director at the University of South Florida from 2014-2015.
He graduated with honors from The Ohio State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. During his time as an undergrad, Phil worked as a student-employee in the Ohio State Athletic Ticket Office. He went on to earn his Master’s of Education in Sport Administration from Bowling Green State University in 2014. Phil graduated with his Master’s of Business Administration from Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business in May of 2021.
Phil is a native of Van Wert, Ohio and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
