Madison Reid joined the Ohio State men’s lacrosse staff as Director of Events in 2016. She handles a number of areas for the Buckeyes, managing alumni and special events, overseeing community service efforts, working with the program’s career development program and handling Buckeye lacrosse camps and clinics.
Reid, from Waterville, Ohio, earned her bachelor’s degree in sport industry from Ohio State, with a specialization in communications, at spring commencement. She is enrolled in the sport management master’s program at Ohio State.
As an undergraduate, Reid worked in a number of areas within athletics. She was the student manager for the Buckeye women’s volleyball team and served as the team’s Director of Operations last summer. She has been an intern with both the event management and sports camps offices. Reid began working with the Buckeye lacrosse program in the winter following the conclusion of the volleyball campaign. She also was a facility assistant at Jesse Owens Recreational Centers through the Office of Student Life.
