Kayla Hackenberg is in her 10th year working with the Ohio State football program, including time as a student assistant in recruiting and administrator. She is in her fourth season in a full-time capacity, working as coordinator in the football administration and operations areas.
In her administrative/operations role, Hackenberg is responsible in the areas of camps and clinics, travel and as a liaison to the program for former players along with coaches, staff, families, and NFL personnel. She also manages the student interns and coordinates special events such as senior lunch, captains dinner, spring game BBQ and golf outings.
Hackenberg is from Hartville, Ohio, and attended Lake High School before attending Ohio State, where she graduated in 2018 with her degree in education. She worked with the Triple AAA Columbus Clippers while she was a student.
