Assistant Director, Athletic Training

Jaclyn Stucker joined the Ohio State University athletic training staff in June 2019 and serves as the athletic trainer for the women’s volleyball team. She also oversees an intern working with the men’s volleyball team.

Stucker completed her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Boston University in 2013. During her time there she worked with various collegiate teams around the Boston area as well as a few local high schools. She also had the opportunity to work as a volunteer at the finish line of the Boston Marathon in 2012.

Stucker then attended the post-professional athletic training master’s program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While there, she worked as a graduate assistant with the women’s gymnastics team and all club sports. She received her master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Athletic Training in May 2015.

After completing graduate school, Stucker worked as an assistant athletic trainer for Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY where she oversaw the health care needs of various teams, including women’s soccer, women’s field hockey, men’s basketball and women’s basketball. Following her time at Hobart and William Smith, Stucker accepted a position at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she directly oversaw the healthcare of the women’s gymnastics team.

Stucker is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. She is originally from Skaneateles, NY and a graduate of Skaneateles High School. She currently resides in Columbus, OH.
