Erin Dunston joined the Ohio State football staff in March of 2021 as the program’s director of on-campus recruiting. In this role, she coordinates all on-campus recruiting efforts, including official and unofficial visits, special events and game-day recruiting activities.
Prior to her arrival at Ohio State, Dunston was the director of on-campus recruiting at Kansas for the 2019 and 2020 seasons. She arrived in Lawrence from Purdue University where she served as an athletics administration associate. In her role, Dunston collaborated with internal and external personnel to achieve organizational objectives, implement project management processes and assist with community relations and engagement.
Dunston, who completed her master’s degree in kinesiology with a concentration in pedagogy and psychological sciences at LSU in May 2017, spent two years on the LSU staff as a graduate assistant with the football operations staff. She assisted the head coach, assistant coaches and football operations staff with all daily and game day tasks including team travel, pre-game events and daily scheduling.
Dunston earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Delaware in May of 2015.
