Cindy DeJacimo

Senior Associate AD, Athletics Development

Cindy DeJacimo joined The Ohio State University Department of Athletics in November 2010 as Assistant Athletics Director of Development. In her role, she is responsible for leading a team of development officers in raising philanthropic dollars in support of Department[apos]s fundraising priorities, including its capital projects and program endowments.

Prior to joining the Athletics Development team, Cindy worked for various units across campus including the OSU Wexner Medical Center and the Moritz College of Law. Throughout her 12 years at the university, Cindy has been involved in all aspects of fundraising ranging from annual giving to leading the strategy and solicitation for principal gifts.

In addition to her experience with the university, Cindy also brings additional diversity in fundraising expertise through her work in both the public and non-profit sectors, including an appointment as a legislative aide.

Cindy is a two-time graduate of The Ohio State University. After graduating cum laude with bachelor[apos]s degree in English, she went on to earn her master[apos]s degree in Higher Education administration.

Cindy and her husband Jim, also a two-time graduate of The Ohio State University, reside in Hilliard with their two daughters – Gigi and Isabella. She is a native of northeast Ohio.
