Another Ohio State football spring game is in the books and once again the day will go down as a can’t miss event. Judging by another impressive attendance of 60,000-plus Buckeyes inside The Shoe, the Best Fans in the Land will be back for more come fall.

Former Buckeye All-American and 1995 Heisman Trophy winner Eddie George returned to The Shoe to kick off festivities as the game’s honorary captain.
He was greeted with a warm welcome from all 60,000 in attendance, including one who is a little nuts about him!

The 2018 Buckeyes were recognized at midfield during the first half Saturday and received their B1G Championship rings.
Out-kicked his coverage
Following another outstanding halftime performance by TBDBITL, punter Drue Chrisman – known for a personality more impressive than his hang time – proposed to his girlfriend in a moment she’ll be sure to never forget.
The Spring Game Saturday served as a reunion of sorts for dozens of former Buckeye standouts. During the game, they all joined to greet one another on the Block O at the 50-yard line.
The Best Fans in the Land Pack The Shoe once again
Buckeye Nation swarmed upon Ohio Stadium once again for the spring game. In fact, the crowd of 61,102 marked yet another year of 60k+ for the annual scrimmage.
Since 2006, the Ohio State spring game has failed to reach the 60k mark just once – 2011 – in Ohio Stadium. The 2013 game was held in Cincinnati.
