• Played in 14 matches and 40 sets
• Hit .436 for the year with 32 kills on 61 swings
• Totaled 31 blocks, 12 digs, two aces and three assists

PRIOR TO OHIO STATE
• Team captain for both Palisades Charter High School and the Pac6 Volleyball Club in 2019
• Two-time All-CIF Los Angeles Team member during back-to-back-to-back city championship seasons
• Led Pac6 VC to a third place finish in the 2018 Junior Nationals
• Competed with the Southern California Volleyball Association (SCVA) International for the 2018 USA Volleyball High Performance Championship Tournament
• SCVA won its first USAV High Performance national title in ’18, lifted by Howard’s match-winning ace to clinch a five-set semifinals victory

• Son of Nicole and David Howard
• Brother, Spencer, is a forward on the Northwestern University men’s soccer program and is a junior for the 2019 season
• Uncle, Carl Borack, competed in the 1972 Olympics (Munich) as a fencer and was inducted into the USA Fencing Hall of Fame in 2012
