2021-22 (Junior)
- Posted the best 200 breaststroke time of the season for Ohio State with a 1:56.54 at the Big Ten Championships
- Raced NCAA B cuts in the 200 breaststroke and 400 IM (3:51.45)
- Competed in six regular season meets for the Buckeyes
2020-21 (Sophomore)
- Swam at all three of the regular season meets of the season for Ohio State
Prior to Ohio State
- Transfer from UConn where he competed at 12 different meets
- Scored points for the Huskies at the 2020 American Athletic Conference Championships in the 200 breast (10th), 200 IM (10th), and 400 IM (10th) and achieved personal bests in all three events
- Had an outstanding prep career at Pomperaug High School, swimming for Fran Pentino
- High school All-American in the 200IM and was the state open champion in the same event
- Three-time SWC MVP, six-time state champion and helped lead Pomperaug to two team state championships
- Three-time school record holder (200 Medley Relay, 200 IM, 100 breast)
- Was a USA Winter Nationals qualifier, a YMCA National champion and a NISCA All-American while swimming for the Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut
- Son of Peggy and Bill Regan
- His father Bill was a two-sport Division I athlete at Iona College where he played basketball and golf
