Ohio State Overview
• Josh is in his third season with the program and has four seasons of eligibility
• He is majoring in communications
• After red-shirting the 2020 season, he played in 12 games in 2021 and earned his first varsity letter
• Played 88 snaps on offense and 177 total snaps, including special teams
• Had a high game of 27 offensive snaps in the win over Michigan State
• Earned OSU Scholar-Athlete status as a freshman
Prior to Ohio State
• The No. 1 overall player in the state of Indiana who was a three-star prospect and a top-15 rated offensive guard nationally
• Selected to play in the All-American Bowl
• His versatility allows him to play any position along the offensive line
• A three-sport athlete who played on Beech Grove’s basketball team and also competed in track and field
• First team All-Marion County as a senior for head coach Mark Weller
• Is the son of Jamie and Jeff Fryar
