Prior to Ohio State
- Started his baseball collegiate career at Dayton in 2017-18. Didn’t appear in a game for the Flyers but was named the A-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll
- Transferred to Dyersburg State Community College in Dyersburg, Tenn., where he played three seasons from 2019-21
- Played in a total of 121 games and had a career average of .383 with 18 home runs and 105 runs batted in
- Had six home runs in all three of his season while slugging .622 over 392 at-bats
- Hit .382 with 13 doubles and 44 RBI as a freshman in 2019
- Had a great season going in 2020 before Covid. Played in 22 games and hit .423 with 30 runs scored and 27 runs batted in
- Slugged .782 in the shortened 2020 season
- In 2021, he hit .359 over 43 games with nine doubles, two triples and a six home runs
- Had an on-base percentage of .511 and slugged over .600
- Walked a team-high 39 times and struck out just 24 times over 128 at-bats
