Personal

  • Daughter of Bill and Leah
  • Brother, Jadon, also fences for the Buckeyes and has two younger sisters, Kara and Ava
  • Earned bachelor’s degree in biochemistry cum laude in Spring 2020 (graduating before she turned 21)
  • Working toward her PhD in pharmaceutical sciences in the Division of Pharmaceutics & Pharmacology; plans to work in the pharmaceutical industry in research and development
  • Hobbies include singing, reading, attempting to cook and going on adventures with friends
  • Discovered fencing by deciding to take a fencing class as an elective at a local Christian school the spring of her seventh grade year. Shortly after, was hooked on the sport and continued to fence in their after school club. Moved on to Columbus Fencing & Fitness, the local fencing club, and began competing at a regional level before arriving at Ohio State and fencing with the club fencing team before joining the varsity team in the fall of 2019.
